Customer application D-line
D-line is an application for the customers of the Veolia Energie in the Czech Republic group that serves the following purposes:
- To enter various requests (requests for an intervention, technical or billing queries, etc.),
- To see the progress in their handling (date of request acceptance and processing, and possibly information about the intervention),
- To monitor needs,
- To view or download documents such as invoices.
The D-line application is accessible for the customer’s authorised persons on the basis of an assigned user name and password.

Login for authorised persons of the customer (representatives of co-operatives and homeowners’ associations, corporations and institutions, etc.) who already have their assigned user names and passwords.
